Our son and our daughter have both trained hard and had fun at SMA since they were eight and ten years old, respectively.  Now, over three years later, they have achieved the rank of first degree black belt after much testing and positive reinforcement.  Currently, our son...is training for his second degree black belt, an achievement to which he is motivated and focused.

The instructors at SMA...have consistently provided a safe, challenging, and positive environment while building trust, confidence, and self esteem in the students.  They teach respect for family, teachers, and fellow students alike.  They promote a winning attitude and a competitive spirit in all classes.

We have watched our children grow stronger and more confident in themselves physically and mentally as a result of their experiences [at SMA].  As parents, we have really enjoyed observing these important changes in the young lives of our kids.

In our opinion, SMA is a top notch, family run school... We would encourage any parent to consider the many health benefits for their children and to check out this exciting school in our community.
