Spotsylvania Martial Arts offers high-quality, professional martial arts instruction in the Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, southern Stafford, and King George VA areas. We train students ages 4 and up in martial arts, taekwondo (tae kwon do), karate, and self defense. As a licensed member of the American Taekwondo Association (ATA), all our instructors are nationally certified and fully qualified adults. Our Tiny Tiger martial arts program for 4-6 year olds provides early childhood martial arts pre-skill training. Our children's martial arts program (6-12 year olds) provides training in traditional martial arts, character development, and bully/abduction prevention. Our traditional martial arts program for teens and adults (ages 13+) is challenging, intense, adult oriented martial arts training that provides improved physical fitness and real self defense skills.
